Zinnia and York fell in love as she was training to become a cyclist and York took it upon himself to help her reach her goal. It is such a pivotal memory along the road to their wedding that they made it the theme of their big day. From illustrated bicycles on their cookies, to a cute glittery bicycle cake topper, to having Peddler’s Creamery serve ice cream to their guests, their love of an active life together really shone through. Check out their joyous day! I especially love when the bridesmaids challenged the guys to shaving each others’ legs. As far as Chinese door games go, that was a really creative one!
Super special thanks to all the vendors who made Zinnia and York’s day awesome!

Amy and Victor know how to host a good time. Cathedral length veil for an epic cathedral. Check. Gorgeous evening on a DTLA rooftop. Check. Wedding cake and pastries from the legendary Porto’s. Check. Cigar lounge on the rooftop of a rooftop. Check. Friends and family who know how to get down, shower this deserving couple with love, and get their dance on. Double check!
I very recently got married (hooray for Ray and me!) and I remember the whole process of imagining, visualizing, and collaborating. I remember wanting both my fiance and I to plan this wedding together. I can only imagine Cassidy wanting the same, which resulted in a very memorable celebration.
